<p>Troy used to sell copiers for Xerox. Troy also doubles as a “DJ/MC/Auctioneer”. He has always worked a couple jobs. Last year, someone approached him with the Solavei opportunity which allowed him to take advantage of the current trends: The Economy (weak), Social Media and Cell Phones. With no major investment, Troy decided to participate in the opportunity. Solavei is a “social commerce” company that helps people save money on their cell phone bill ($49/mo, unlimited) and make money by sharing the opportunity with others. Solavei utilizes the T-Mobile network. By using social media, people can share the opportunity with others so they can get their cell phone for free and then make additional income as well. The next step is “Solavei Retail”. When you (and everyone in your network) use the Solavei credit card, you make residual income on whatever they purchase.</p>
<p><strong>Target Market:</strong> Anybody that wants to save money on their cell phone bill and make additional income by sharing the opportunity. Parents with kids (with phones). Families, Small business with multiple phones, Non-Profits, Soccer Moms, Booster Clubs, Anyone with a storefront.</p>

Worked at a radio station and at one point jumped from a bridge live on the air with cell phone in hand (bungee jumping). Moved to Portland. He loves mountain climbing! Moved to Bothell. Started Target Service and Supply with Gordan in 1997. Loves his job and coworkers. Loves red wine&#8230;(also the door prize he brought today).</p>
<p><strong>Ideal client:</strong> office manager, anyone looking for ink/toner, law offices, business owners, business currently on maintenance plans.</p>

She moved to Mulberg &amp; Associates and loves it. She bills for the job (if it ends up taking 12 hrs for an 8 hr job, then she will bill for the 8hrs). She never makes a mistake, but if she did, then she will correct for no additional charge. She is a bookkeeper with a CPA. She understands what small businesses go through with bookkeeping/taxes. She has been through audits (state &amp; federal). Communication with her clients is a key element to her success. For instance for a kitchen remodel she will be sure to do a sketch and multiple diagrams for each improvement. She charges $60/hr, it is well worth the money because any minor error will be as much or more than her total cost. Theresa also does color consultations &#8211; so for about an hour you can have a full home color consult. Favorite improvement to help with are kitchen remodels.</p>
<p><strong>Ideal client: </strong>New home buyer, newlyweds, new office occupants, DIY&#8217;rs, empty nesters.</p>

<p>Melanie is a veteran of the mortgage industry. She has “weathered the storm” over the last few years. She went from being an independent broker but she decided to join a company that gave her clients more options. MAG has in-house underwriting that allows her to get difficult loans approved. Purchases are closing in 21 days!! She has an experienced team that is totally devoted to taking care of the customer.</p>
<p>MAG provides a lot of marketing support that provides “after the sale” service for years after the sale. This allows her to stay in touch with her client base and generate referrals. Melanie likes to meet with her clients in person to make sure she understands what their priorities are so she can provide the product that best meets their needs. She educates the client on what their options are and guiding them into making a good decision. She provides constant communication throughout the loan process so people never feel like they’re in the dark. She also gives her clients a closing gift (chocolates!!) that leaves them with a “sweet” taste in their mouth as well as a subscription to their choice of magazine.</p>
<p>Melanie handed out a sheet that gives her clients information on how long they have to wait after a short-sale, bankruptcy, etc.</p>

<p><strong>Trends:</strong> These days it is cost efficient to fight traffic tickets because of the rising insurance costs. The punishment for DUIs will only get tougher.</p>
