Mind Mapping

As a way of helping us learn to generate quality referrals for individual members we use a tool we call Mind Mapping. After a member has had their turn as our featured speaker we brainstorm as a group about who would be a good referral for that person. Then we get very specific about the phrases that a potential client might use in casual conversation that might spark our attention to a potential referral. Feedback is also given as to what information is needed to help the members be better referral partners for the speaker. The last item we focus on is who we can bring into the group as a potential member that would benefit the speaker as an ideal referral partner.
